I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was so lovely and always available to help. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was exceptional. Additionally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and there were many different options to choose from.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the location of the hotel, which allowed us to take long family walks in the surrounding nature. their outdoor pool was heated and perfect for a dip in the evening snow. due to the festive season, the hotel decorated the rooms with a lot of Christmas ornaments, setting the mood for the family gathering.
The prices of food and drinks were way overpriced, even for the Christmas season, and I felt like they were trying to maximize profits. the internet speed was not up to par, and it was extremely frustrating to connect to the WiFi.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the New Year's Eve celebration with live music and fireworks. the spa was a highlight of our stay, with a variety of relaxing pools and saunas. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge.
The cost of onsite dining was quite high, so we opted to eat in town most nights. the beds were a bit too firm for our liking.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel made us feel truly luxurious. Their exclusive amenities and excellent service enhanced our experience, making it unforgettable. the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool provided the perfect atmosphere to relax. We particularly loved the sauna with its stunning design, and the massage services were top-notch. the live entertainment added extra fun to our days.
The only minor issue we faced was with the packed lunches. They were not as good as the rest of the hotel services.
